Estado de bienestar pospandémico - superar la separación de la economía y la sociedad

Abstract

En este artículo proponemos pensar la relación entre economía y sociedad en tiempos de pandemia. Comenzamos con un diagnóstico analítico crítico de las causas y las razones del divorcio entre la economía y la sociedad, identificando sus orígenes históricos y, al mismo tiempo, tratando de aclarar cómo funciona su lógica en forma de neoliberalismo contemporáneo y que está en contradicción con la democracia e incluso con sus propios valores liberales. Luego, reflexionamos sobre las consecuencias de la separación entre economía y sociedad, cuya insostenibilidad generada será analizada tanto a nivel macroestructural, ambiental, como a nivel meso y microsocial, territorial y subjetivo. Finalmente, pasamos a las notas proposicionales a favor de la reanudación de la relación entre economía y sociedad, donde proponemos reformulaciones conceptuales y analíticas capaces de abrir un horizonte de sociedad social posbienestar y también para formular, operativamente, un diseño de políticas públicas centradas en el desarrollo solidario de los territorios.

This article proposes to think about the relationship between economy and society in times of pandemic. The article begins with a critical analytical diagnosis of the causes and reasons for the divorce between economics and society, identifying its historical origins and, at the same time, seeking to clarify how its logic operates in the form of contemporary neoliberalism and how it is in contradiction with democracy and even with their own liberal values. Then, we reflect on the consequences of the separation between economy and society, whose unsustainability generated will be analyzed both at the macro structural, environmental, and at the meso and microsocial, territorial and subjective levels. Finally, we move on to the propositional notes in favor of a resumption of the relationship between economics and society, where we propose conceptual and analytical reformulations capable of opening a horizon of post-social welfare society and also to formulate, operationally, a design of policies public policies focused on the solidarity development of territories.
